Returns and Exchanges

At Stitch & Snuggle Boutique LLC,  most items  are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless your item arrives defective or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if there’s an issue. We will not refund or replace any custom item that has been approved via email.
