Will I receive a proof for my personalized order from Stitch & Snuggle Boutique, LLC?

How long will it take to receive my order?

We recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Do not iron directly on the embroidery.

Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

A: At Stitch & Snuggle Boutique, LLC, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we apologize for the inconvenience. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds, but we will be happy to replace your order if the damage occurred during transit. Please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving the damaged item, providing photos of the damage for verification. Additionally, before production, we send emails to confirm the accurate spelling of any personalized items. Once you approve the spelling, we cannot replace the item for any errors that were confirmed. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
