Due to the personalized nature of our products, all personalized and custom items are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items.
Before production begins, we send a proof for approval to confirm spelling, design, and customization details. Once approval is received, the order is considered final, and we cannot replace or refund items for errors that were approved.
Damages & Order Issues
At Stitch & Snuggle Boutique, LLC, we take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of receipt if your item arrives damaged or defective. If damage occurred during transit, we will gladly replace the item once the issue is verified. Photos of the damage will be required for review.
