Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 10 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If. your order is personalized you will receive another notification to confirm accuracy. and a final notification when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipments are done via USPS Priority, First Class Mail. UPS Ground and. UPS Ground Saver. All Packages usually arrive to their domestic destination within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin. The delivery timeframe starts after your order has been shipped. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments may impose duties and taxes that are not collected at checkout and are not paid when the shipment is originated. When your package is delivered the carrier may expect to collect duties and taxes from you. We only collect and pay for the postage cost. Delivery times are longer for international shipments. 

 

LOST ORDERS

Lost orders are rather rare and we will make every effort possible to determine if an order is lost. Orders are considered lost after 7 business days and no updates to the tracking information.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@stitchnsnuggleboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all personalized and custom items are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items.

Before production begins, we send a proof for approval to confirm spelling, design, and customization details. Once approval is received, the order is considered final, and we cannot replace or refund items for errors that were approved.

Damages & Order Issues

At Stitch & Snuggle Boutique, LLC, we take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of receipt if your item arrives damaged or defective. If damage occurred during transit, we will gladly replace the item once the issue is verified. Photos of the damage will be required for review.
