All Non-personalized items: 5- 7 business days.
All personalized items are processed within 10 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If your order is personalized you will receive another notification to confirm accuracy and a final notification when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic shipments are done via USPS Priority, First Class Mail. UPS Ground and. UPS Ground Saver. All Packages usually arrive to their domestic destination within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin. The delivery timeframe starts after your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments may impose duties and taxes that are not collected at checkout and are not paid when the shipment is originated. When your package is delivered the carrier may expect to collect duties and taxes from you. We only collect and pay for the postage cost. Delivery times are longer for international shipments.
LOST ORDERS
Lost orders are rather rare and we will make every effort possible to determine if an order is lost. Orders are considered lost after 7 business days and no updates to the tracking information.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
